with companies which are affiliated with this Institution by common

from consumer reports and applications for financial products or services such as your
income and social security number, and other information contained in credit reports. This
information may be used to determine whether you qualify for other types of services and products before a
solicitation is made.
You may limit the disclosure of your personal information by notifying us that you do not want your
personal information shared with entities affiliated with the Institution. This written
notice should include your complete name, address (as it appears on your account), Social
Security Number, account type and account number and be directed to New Peoples Bank, Inc. at
PO Box 1810, Honaker, VA 24260.
Your request should be mailed in a separate envelope and should not be included with any other New
Peoples Bank, Inc. correspondence. We will process your request as soon as possible.
NONPUBLIC
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMER CUSTOMERS
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an
inactive customer, we will follow the privacy policies
and practices as described in this notice.
CHILDREN'S
INFORMATION
New Peoples Bank, Inc. respects the privacy of your
children, and we comply with the practices established
under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
We do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable
information from consumers under the age of thirteen.
ELECTRONIC
ONLINE BANKING - Cookies
New Peoples Bank, Inc. uses "Cookies" to track
customers through our secure web site to enable the
use of Internet Banking.
They
are used for security reasons and are not used to collect
customer data in any manner.
