2. New Peoples Online Telephone Banking will answer your call.
3. Select option number (1) to for Account Information.
4. Enter the account number you wish to inquire about.
5. Enter your secret PIN number.
6. Please contact the bank to get your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you use Telephone Banking, you will be prompted to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know to safeguard your account(s) Once you enter your PIN number for the first time you'll be asked to change it to a new one. Your new PIN number must be minimum of four characters in length.
